The civil, non-profit organization “Friends & Patrons of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center” (hereinafter the “Friends & Patrons of the SNFCC”) has created the website http://www.friendsofsnfcc.org to provide its users with information and offer them the opportunity to support the activities of the Friends & Patrons of the SNFCC. The use of the website is subject to the present terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”), which the users are requested to read carefully before each use and browsing through its content. Voluntary donation of a monetary amount
The voluntary donation of any monetary amounts to the Friends & Patrons of the SNFCC shall be made using any of the means provided in the relevant application form. Any amounts paid are non-refundable.
In order for voluntary donation of any monetary amounts the visitor/user must provide his/her personal data in order for a receipt to be send to him/her. For the payment of the contribution, the users can choose one of the following payment methods:

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
The Friends & Patrons of the SNFCC have taken all measures necessary for the safeguarding of the confidentiality of the electronic transaction data, to the extent that such data are disclosed through the website administered by the Friends & Patrons of the SNFCC.
